Unfortunately, it’s clear that Chevron does not care about preserving the environment nor does the oil giant really care about the humanitarian crisis that continues to worsen under its watch. Its refusal to offer any relief to local residents is an embarrassment and the ease with which it chooses to ignore such a moral imperative only shows the company’s ugly, true colors.

Chevron does not know anything about sustainability. Not only does Chevron not want to take responsibility for the contamination in Ecuador but it has said on many occasions that it will not pay for the damage even if found guilty.
Hopefully none of the dirty tricks Chevron has been using to discredit or delay the lawsuit won't work and Chevron will be held responsible.
